Sixty Square Meters, One Efficient Customer Journey.
A boutique confectionery brand doesn't get to spread out — Tmreya's Kout Mall location had 60 sqm to display premium products, move customers through comfortably, and still meet strict mall fit-out regulations, all at once.
A masterclass in small-scale luxury retail design and execution.
The client needed a compact yet visually striking retail space that elegantly displays their premium confectionery products within a high-traffic mall.
At 60 sqm, there's no wasted circulation to hide a weak layout — every fixture placement either helps or hurts how a customer moves through the space and encounters the product. The brief was to make a compact footprint feel generous rather than cramped, inside mall regulations that left limited flexibility on layout and materials.
Rich, warm materials and focused lighting did double duty: highlighting the confectionery as the visual centerpiece while making the small space feel intentional rather than constrained. The result was a two-month fit-out that had to get the customer journey right on a footprint most retail designs would consider too tight to bother with.
Using rich, warm materials and focused lighting to highlight the products and create an inviting atmosphere within a limited footprint.

In a 60 sqm footprint, materials and lighting have to carry the sense of quality that larger stores get from scale — warm tones and focused lighting on the product itself, rather than any excess architectural gesture the space doesn't have room for.
Optimizing custom display units to fit seamlessly into the 60 sqm space while adhering to the strict mall fit-out regulations.

Most retail design has room to make a statement. This one had to make the same impression — premium, considered, worth stopping at — inside one of the smallest footprints in AHW's retail portfolio, under strict mall fit-out rules.
